  some months ago i heard that hillary will be drafted as president at the democratic convention.

  well, this is no longer a rumor.

  on the hannity & colmes show last night, foxnews, this 'rumor' was confirmed to be true.. the reason for the public silence (not told on the show) but by the rumor mill, is to keep hillary on a low profile, not to create a public stir.

  OK, Blondie and Rocketman you got me laughing this morning. Good way to start the day.

  Hmmmm, could she be a modern-day Jezebel? With all this talk about removing God and Nativity scenes/display from public schools and public places, the question is, what's next and what repercussions will this have on the lives of North Americans? Are we headed towards a revolution in North America?

  Some months ago I heard that Hillary will be drafted as President at the Democratic Convention. Well, this is no longer a rumor. On the Hannity & Colmes show last night, FoxNews, this 'rumor' was confirmed to be true.

  The reason for the public silence (not told on the show) but by the rumor mill, is to keep Hillary on a low profile, not to create a public stir. She has repeatedly said that she will not run for President. Yeah right, as the saying goes, "Show me an honest politician and I'll show you a liar."

  Though the polls show that Howard Dean is ahead of his rivals to run as President, (Democratic party) he would not win as President. The polls are high for Hillary. I'll stretch my neck out and say that Hillary will get the nomination. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong.

  What say you?

  well, the official announcement hasn't been made yet, and already the shunning has started.. what a surprise.

  my wife cuts the 'friends' hair at our house.

  last night someone was going to come over but asked if my wife would go to their house instead because it bothered their conscinece coming to our house with me there.. i told my wife that since the announcement wasn't made yet, that this person was being presumptuous for going ahead of the organization and shunning me.

  Any reasonable and thinking person reading your letter, has to agree with you. I believe that those who read your letter will reread it and will make some kind of move, maybe not right away, but, it will play on their mind. You've open the door to others, and when things start moving within the congreation, expect the blame for causing division.

  Yes, whenever you start stirring the pot, expect action.

  2 of my wife's jw friends had dinner with her last night and pleaded to know what was going on.

  I'll share my wive's experience in handling the question as to why she 'no' longer attends meetings. An elder (one of the three who expelled me) had been witnessing in the hood, and as he was going to the next door, he couldn't help but run into my wife while working in her flower bed. He stopped and asked why she no longer attends meetings, her answer was, I no longer trust you! He hung his head and proceeded to the next house. She's never been visited by elders. So you see, everyone gets a different reaction and response.

  Thinking of becoming a JW - Need urgent honest advice!!!

  i have met a wonderful man but unfortunately he is a jw.

  i have never been interested or really ever been around any religion in my life so all of this right now is very fascinating to me.

  i have been thinking of studying to become one but am also having a hard time finding anything on the net that is positive about it.

  EW. What's their definition of "encourage' or encouragement? What examples do they have? Do they encourage their flock to keep 'testing ' whether their in the faith (2Cor.13:5) or how about '...always read to make a defense before EVERYONE (including apostates) that demands of YOU a reason for the hope in YOU, but doing so together with a mild temper and deep respect." 1 Peter 3:15 What mild temper and deep respect do they have for others that don't subscribe to their way of thinking?

  You gotta retort back with their own written publications and Bible texts. Paul said, "Do not go beyond the things that are written," Why have they overstepped the commandment of God by making and publishing dates about the end when Jesus said, "Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angles of the heavens nor the son, but only the father?" Matt.24:36

  We know the 'spin' they have used and its catching up with them. Yeah encouragement. When have you ever seen them apply James 1:27 about the 'orphans' and 'widows'?

  u c if noah was a farmer, and we all descend from him, at what point did hunter-gatherer sicieties begin, according 2 jws.. the wt did say in 1 article that farmer was the original human state.

  Badboy, I don't want to down play your questions, but, some of these questions asked on this forum is like a dog chasing after his own tail. I'm just waiting for someone to ask what's the best way to clip their toe nails. With a toe nail clipper of course!

  Tell me, what the hell can I do about things that are 'beyond' my control or answering? By the way, I do get your drift, or do I?

  englishman posted a humorous question regarding who would make a good wts president.. i would like to take this one step further, on a more serious note.. if you had the chance, would you step in as president, and make the appropriate changes?

  lets just say for aruguements sake, that as president, you alone could make all the changes.

  you could change the blood issue, df'ing, all sorts of stuff.
